Data_base error

started getting this message when trying to re install ads....??? pls help

Query:

INSERT INTO `sys_localization_keys`(`IDCategory`, `Key`) VALUES('39', '_bx_ads_added_spy')

Mysql error: Duplicate entry '_bx_ads_added_spy' for key 2

Found error in the file '/home/djkk1/public_html/NewBusinessFriends.com/inc/classes/BxDolInstaller.php' at line 646.
Called 'db_res' function with erroneous argument #0
