This is a new installation. Other scripts are connecting to the database server without issue. I have double checked all database settings and number of connections allowed. All are good. Any ideas? |

Hello Looks like the problem is not in the DB connection. Script tries to call getRow method but the object is empty. The issue may have a lot of reasons. I checked the default version of inc/utils.inc.php file 421 line and cannot see the call of getRow method there. May be you've modified something. This was a clean install. I tried to install via "Softaculous" in Cpanel but I had the same issue so I tried to do a manual install. This has to be software specific because I set up the server exactly as the instructions say on the Dolphin website and all other scripts are working fine accessing the MySql database server. |
I guess that this recurring issue is not important enough to address. I guess I won't be using this software. Unfortunate. It looked like it had potential. |
