Database Connection Page & Protecting it?

Could someone specify which php page name you modify for the database connections? The page where you specify Database name and credentials..

Also, can this page be protected by encrypting it so if my system gets hacked, they won’t have access to my database?

You can change this information by editing the inc/header.inc.php file.
