Database query error when delete a user

Hi there i have this red database query error when i delete a user from admin panel or the user delete it them self. It deleted from the database fine, but instead of hte message "you have sucessfully delete the user" it come up with this  message. what is wrong?

open your mail box, and copy paste the error from your mail to this forum so we can see the error
