Can anyone tell me why the date picker fails to appear when completing the join form on my site.

You must make the nav bar visible to Guest ....fot the date picker to work .....the js function of the date picker depends on the presence on the navigation bar....so if you hid all blocks of this bar from your guests the date ficker wont work ....unhide at least one item on the nav bar that should solve your problem |
