DeeEmm New User Login Redirect MOD

Mod updated to work with version 7.0.2

Mod also changed in operation - user will be directed to profile edit page if profile has not been updated.

Once edited user will be directed to their dashboard page as normal

i would like a mod that will redirect the user to the index page after editing their profile, and then everytime they log in..

That would most likley be two seperate mods. Redirect after logon is handled in a different section of dolphin then the page editor. Redirect after logon is already available from me.

And what you want, a redirect after profile edit would have to be done as a mod to pedit. Not available yet i don't think. Of course i don't really understand the need for something like that.

This mod should do the job, you just need to make a small change.

In the manual installation instructions - you will need to change the line

$sUrlRelocate = 'pedit.php';

to

$sUrlRelocate = 'index.php';

I think what he means is after editing the profile and clicking save, instead of it saying profile info saved and staying on that page, i think he wants it to redirect to a different page.

But why i do not know.

Find...

        $sStatusText = '_Save profile successful';

Add underneath...

header("Location: index.php");
exit;

It's not pretty, but if the profile save is successful, then it will redirect to the index page.

Fist I would like to say that this is a great mod. I would like to redirect a person to their profile page instead of back to the index.php or pedit.php.

How would I do that?

Was this answered anywhere? I am trying to redirect back to profile page after saving profile edit.
