I am sure I have asked this before, but for the life of me I can't find it so I'll ask again. Is there a way to make the profile picture the first one someone uploads instead of the profile picture keep changing every time they upload a new picture?
I don't want to use the avatar module, all those kiddy avatars just drive me mad, but when I set the profile picture its constantly switching every time someone uploads a new picture. The way to change the profile picture is to convoluted, trying to find 'organize' is actually REALLY difficult so I want to just have the first picture someone uploads as the profile picture instead of it changing every time someone uploads a new picture.
