Default folder issue

Hi,

I am facing an issue on my dolphin site. Whenever any member is uploading a new file or image in the default folder, the file or image becomes hidden by default and no one else is able to view them. When other members click on the file or image thumbnail the next page says "access is forbidden".

However, when the members create a new custom folder and adds files or images in that, it's visible publicly, like it should.

Why is this happening? Any solution?

There is a bug with turning off the public group, do you have the public group disabled?

You're awesome geek_girl! Yes, I had the public groups disabled and just now enabled it and everything is perfect now! You have saved a lot of my time!

I didn't want to keep the public group option because this is a private network. If this is a bug, I hope this gets sorted out soon.

But for now, my problem is solved. Thank you so much once again!!

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
