 I searched for others having this problem, but I am not able to delete a user profile themes. If I select one and click delete, nothing happens. If I select export, it does nothing also. Can anyone try this with 7.08 and see if they have the same problem? THANKS!!!! |
I've tested this on my own sandbox site, and can't re-produce the issue. Are you saying that when you click to delete these that the browser does nothing, as if you've clicked nothing at all? Does your browser report any javascript errors in the debug console (needs to be enabled in many browsers). Do you get any database error e-mails? |
Ah, feel so stupid I didn't think of doing that. I get the following javascript error when I click the selection radio button on a profile: onclick="oCustomizer.selectTheme(this, '1');" [05:02:41.196] oCustomizer is not defined @ profile_customize/administration:1

It's possible that some Java is not being loaded. Try turning off your site's cache and see if this is still happening (JS cache). Or if it's already off, try turning it on. I know there are some limitations in certain browsers where there can only be 32 CSS files loaded, and if you have enough mods, some CSS will be missed, turning on the cache overcomes this as it combines it, but I'm not sure how/if this would effect JS. |
I had already tried the chache change, but not luck. I'm going to install a second copy of Dolphin and see if I can replicate it. If not, I guess I'll find what I'm missing. Thanks for the help |
