Delete entire blog with categories

I want to delete the entire box with the categories inside blogs. How to do it?

but for what? how you will create categories? and edit / delete existed

I want ot disable them of creating blog categories and keep only the uncategorized category.

The reason is because when I create a new category for my blog, when I click on it I get a 404 error.
