Delete upgrade folder?

Just FTP'd into my root, and I see an /upgrade folder.  I recently moved to a bigger faster server, and part of my install had to be "restored".  I think I am supposed to delete that /upgrade folder, but not sure now that I can't find the last set of upgrade instructions from Boonex.

I am running 7.0, latest release, should i delete that folder?

If you have already installed dolphin and did all the upgrades then remove the folder.
