 I have a invite only site, and recently disabled several members. Later I deleted a few of those members. A week or so later, I noticed that one of them had "liked" a post of someone, and when I checked the members in the admin area, that person was back, but disabled. How the heck can that happen, and what can I do to make sure it doesn't happen again? Rather frustrating, when trying to run a secure site. Thanks for any ideas! You can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit.. although it does work the other way around! |
Maybe your host restored the database without telling you? Also is it possible it's a spammer who just has a name similar to the other account you deleted?

I should add that we had also changed the password as well for her log in to be double sure she would be out. She would have had to figured out her new password, and our members have had so many have problems with the password reminder email that I doubt she could have changed it that way. You can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit.. although it does work the other way around! |
