I have an issue with my Desktop apps, I installed the Desktop apps and try to test it but it is not working for me.
I click to chat a member who is
online with the desktop app... .but nothing
happen... it open another popup small box window open and it display my site home page.. No chat window is opening..
Anyone please help me.. how to fix this.

There is nothing that can be done for issues with the Desktop application. BoonEx (or someone else with the proper developer tools) would have to look into it. However, you can still try ensuring you have the most recent version of Adobe AIR and Flash Player, as well as using a freshly downloaded copy of the application. I re-installed the Desktop module and also reinstall the desktop.air file on my computer but still have the same issue. May something wrong

Hello
Make sure both Messenger and Chat applications are installed on your site and work well in normal site mode. If it's true and they don't work from desktop, then tell me your site url and admin account on it. I'll test it too.
