It becomes veil and the version of Adobe AIR is outdated and can not be installed on my pc.
Can you explain

We have problems with desktop app too but I don't know if the issue is with our computers or something with boonex, other input is needed to determine if this is a boonex bug.

It's a damage because I thought a good idea
