You requested for a specific integration service (Basic Integration) of which which has been completed long ago.
A Live demo of the product was shown to you on the product page / features of the Basic Integration product written on that page which you are supposed to read before purchasing the product
The product was delivered as it was stated on the product page and as a customer you are entitled to future upgrades of the product.
The questions you started asking me much later after purchase clearly shows that either you did not clearly read / understand the Product Description of what the Basic Integration Module is before purchase as stated on the product page or that you were imagining / assuming / expecting extra single sign on / bi-directional features in it that you did not see. I have asked you before to refer back to the product page and if you want a FULL INTEGRATION you can request a quote for it. You requested a quote which has been sent to you long ago but you refused to act on it.
You are now lumping up all the issues on your website beginning from the issues related from your transfer of web hosting while my work was is progress .... from your former webhosting to your new webhosting./ traffic issues..... .lumping it all together as if they are integration issues.
I have explained the technical details / issues I observed on your site in very long emails to you several times, which you ignored it and kept accusing me ..........I proffered the solution options of you , suggesting a full integration module to meet your specific needs. rather than work with the suggested solution highlighted / quote already sent to you in previous emails correspondence you just prefer to ignore the suggested solutions and after waiting for a few weeks you write me again and keep accusing me of all the issues or any slight new issue that comes up on your website as if i have become your website manager.
If there is any specific issue about the integration module not working as stated on the product page / LIVE DEMO ...please point it out and it will be fixed. If not then please Contact you Website Manager for other issues on the website not related to the Product.
Version 1 of the product uses Iframe as you saw on the product demo before purchase .
A new update Version 2 of the integration module (no iframe) will be available very soon as i have told you before and you can easily request (hopefully on before Friday ) . You can request for the update when it is out. Details of issues addressed in the update will be clearly stated on the product page which you are supposed to read it clearly before any request. is made.
