Difference between Flash Uploader and Regular Uploader

What is the difference between the Flash Uploader and Regular Uploader when uploading a flash video.

One difference - comfort of using.

In flash uploader you will able to upload even 5 files in same moment (plus less mouse clicks)

The reason we were asking is because our flash uploader is getting this error message

After uploading a video through the Flash Uploader, a error message Upload Error: 302 appears and then the upload box turns red and then disappears.

Do you have any information on the error message? Thanks.
