Different Icons for MemberTypes on Map?

Any ideas how to have different Avatars (or Icons) on the map for different Membership Types ?

for example , Student (red Icon) and Teachers (blue Icons) and faculty (house icon) ?

any one?

Hello, it will need to develop, no quick suggestion  for this!

I just went into the icon folder in FTP downloaded the icons and changed them in photoshop. I then saved them as the same name and uploaded them :)

but it's just for 1 catagory. I have 3 different catagories, and i need 3 different icons there. Anyone here to know how to use different icons for different catagory ?
