Different Profile Questions for Different Types of Users/ Profiles?

Does anyone know how to create different questions/ language for different types of users?  For example, asking Men what they want in way that men would relate, and asking women in a different way?

We are actually linking community projects with different types of partners, a bit like volunteer match....

Speaking of volunteers, we need:

1) Kick ass project manager (experience building web projects)

2) Information architect (we have most figured out, but its shifting based on software constraints)

3) User Experience - graphic design

4) Front End Developer

5) Backend / Database (making sure all is working!)

You may take a look at our Profile Types Splitter module which allows to create profiles with different types. Each type may have it's own profile fields and can be separately searched and so on.
