Disabling the HTML Block on the top?

How do i get rid of "Custom HTML Block" at the top of the index page?

I don't like the promo flashing pictutes script so i switched it to this blocl.. but i want to get rid of it..

how?

Open file cache/sys_options.php

Find this code:
'enable_flash_promo' => 'on',
'custom_promo_code' => '',

chang it to:
'enable_flash_promo' => '',
'custom_promo_code' => '',

(it will go back to use Custom HTML Block or Image reloader if you save it from basic settings again)
