Do Premium Members have permission to submit tickets in Trac or is it just for Boonex moderators?

Thanks ... Then I guess I shouldn't be getting this message:

Error: Forbidden

TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation

Did you logon? trac requires that you log in separately. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/login

It's also case-sensitive.

If once logged in, you still can't post, the you will need to contact boonex. Quite a few people have had this problem.

Well you're supposed to be able to according to this http://www.boonex.com/memberships

But since you can't that might explain why other premium members are always asking the mods to open tickets for them?

Yes, I'm logged in.

I guess they ether didn't add me or didn't upgrade me on Trac after I switched to Premium.

Then again there could be a Bug in Trac.

Too bad I can't submit a ticket in Trac to report it.hehe

Thanx for the help Smile
