Documentation on membership actions

Is there a document/page out there where I can quickly verify what each membership action does? 

Most of the actions are self explanatory, if you need more description for some particular question please ask in forum.

There are no such actions, please could you specify the exact action from Admin Panel > Settings > Membership Levels > click "actions" near desired level

Can you please clarify what these are for?

Exactly as they sound:

1. Allows the user of that level to post in private forums
2. Allows the user of that level to post in public forums

The Forum module supports both public and private forums. So you can have a special forum for only users with a paid membership level, or something else like that.

Unless somebody wants to do it, I'll write-up a quick explanation of each action and post it onto GitHub.
