Does anyone have a mod for one-to-many video chat?

For example, if I want to do a live chat from a venue, and have as many members as I want in the chat, viewing the video feed and in the chat "room".  Anyone have this kind of mod yet for D7?

I feel a little bit strange now, 1-2 years ago i already came to the boonex website because i was interested in dolphin.

I am 100% sure one of their promo videos showed that the video chat can handle multiple users at once. Is this not working anymore? Why? Did not test the videochat right now.
