Does the 1&1 server support Dolphin 6.16?

Does anyone use Dolphin 6.16 on  1&1 server ? why other videos work well on 1&1 server. but Dolphin's video can not play . if you use 1&1 server .please tell me .

Please, make sure the RMS is installed and run properly - http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolInstallation

Note please, in most cases to install and run RMS you need to have at least VPS. Feel free to contact the BoonEx support team if you need any help.
