Dolphin 6.1.6 not upgrading members

Is there anyone out there who has a solution to this problem?  I ran a live paypal test last night, but when I returned to the Membership.php page (PayPal sent me back there, despite my default page being /index/checkout/paypal.php) it told me that my membership was still standard and not Economy.

Can someone please help?

I believe I have solved the problem.  I checked the Paypal account and noticed that the funds were still uncleared.  So, I'm assuming when the big $1 clears, membership should automatically upgrade.  Fingers crossed
