Dolphin 6.1.6 to Dolphin 7 - in the same folder.

Hi, Ive finally upgraded from 6.14 then to 6.1.5 and now to 6.1.6.  Done these today.

I use Arvixe hosting.

I want to complete the upgrades and go fully to Dolphin 7 but it says Ive got to install it in a new folder.

Yep this is ok, for the purpose of migartion of data (etc) but after the upgrade is done I want the dolphin 7 to be back in the root folder, and not in a sub-folder.

How can this be done?  I ahve 6.1.6 in the main domain root folder, and simply want it to be Dolphin 7.

I am not wanting dolphin 7 in a sub-folder.

Thanks

Shaun

After the migration process has been completed, you can remove (or re-locate) your Dolphin 6.1 web site and move the contents of the sub-directory of your Dolphin 7 web site in its place. Once done, all you need to do is edit the web address information in your ./inc/header.inc.php file to match the changes made.

OK, all good so far, but just curious..

How long does it take to transfer the "custom_profile_field" during migration?

Ive got about 350 members and its been several hours.. just says "processing" or

Profiles custom fields transfer now

Additionally... Ive received a "database error email".. Ill paste some of it below:

Database error in

Query:
                	UPDATE
`Profiles`
SET

WHERE
`ID` = 1
Mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE `ID` = 1' at line 5

Found error in the file '/home/freemob/public_html/dolphin7/modules/boonex/data_migration/classes/BxDataMigrationProfilesCustomFields.php' at line 281.
Called 'query' function with erroneous argument #0.

That worked but I cant login to the website. I click LOGIN, the page transitions like it is going to display the login prompt but nothing happens.

I am also having an issue with graphic icons showing up over the users thumbnail photos. In firefox it shows their photo but it also shows a graphic image over the pic. And by graphic image I mean the placeholder for images on html sites. In IE it simple shows a red X in the upper left hand corner of the thumbnail.

Try clearing your ./cache and ./cache_public directories, while leaving the .htaccess file intact. If this doesn't work, let me know. It could be a long day.

Muahaha.
