Dolphin 7.0.9 and avarcade modification

What i'm looking to do is mod the avarcade code to use the dolphin login information, but i'm not sure where to begin. Does anyone know how to do this? and if so would you mind giving some pointers. I'm relatively new to this.

also if some is willing to do this for a fee for me, I would be interested in this.
