Dolphin 7.2.1: No Blog Categories menu item?

Seems there is no Blog Categories menu block in Dolphin 7.2.1 (Admin > Builders > Navigation Menu), though there are blocks for each of the following:

PhotosCategories

VideosCategories

SoundsCategories

FilesCategories

Events Categories

Store Categories

Categories (Poll)

Sites Categories

NewsCategories

ArticlesCategories

AdsCategories

Guessing it should be there. Is this an inadvertent omission?

Tried creating my own blocks, but none displayed Blog Categories like the other Categories items did.

Any ideas?

I need this too. And I'd like to edit the categories in all these modules to fit our own site. How do I do that?
