Dolphin 7.4 upload issues

Im trying to upload videos of 350M

I have set;

memory limit 128M
max execution time 800
post_max_size 800M
upload max filesize 800M

I have changed in php.ini & .htaccess etc;

A file of nearly 325mb nearly finish`s and then nothing...frustrating as it nearly gets t upload....

I have numerous post about adjusting the Ray....but all the links that have been posted in the forums, i cant for the life of me find these settings...

Help please :-)

well sorry to hear you are having issues uploading such a small file. though i would have to say this is not a dolphin problem as much as it is a hosting problem. are you able to upload videos at all, and at what exact point does this Time Out show up?

and you do realize that if you are sucessful in uploading this small file, you will be waiting for some time for it to convert via ffmpeg?
