Dolphin 7 Only Shows PayPal for Payment Method Now

On version 6.x, there was several payment methods to use (for your website) which included CCBill, Paypal, 2checkout, authorize.  Now, on version 7, the payment setup only shows PalPay as an option.

Is there something I'm missing?  I want to use 2checkout for my payment service.

In Dolphin 7, PayPal is the only payment system integrated into the script. Unless you can integrate 2checkout, or have someone else do it for you, PayPal is your only option.

Well that REALLY stinks.
