Dolphin 7 languages

Hi,

I have a Turkish client who wants his native language on his Dolphin 7 site.  Can we simply edit the /langs/lang-en.php replacing the English language words with his corresponding native language, rename the file lang-tr.php, and upload, or is there something more to this?
