Dolphin Branding

I have had a Dolphin Permanent License for 4 months and the Boonex / Dolphin branding remains on my site, I have tried to get this removed and still it is there, I have tried what admins asked of me, but it still remains.  http://ilovedatingonline.com

Try this method for adding a new license:

1. remove any license currently added from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Variables
2. clear the site's cache
3. log out of the administration panel
4. login to the administration panel
5. enter the new license when asked

Also make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled for PHP, which is required for the script to communicate with the license server.

I did exactly what you told me to do and it is still there.

This is driving me absolutely crazy,  several of my members have asked me about the branding, and why they should pay when I am using free software to build my site.

Please help me figure this out.

Try going into your 'Licenses' from your account here at Unity. Click the 'reset' button next to the license for your domain. Also make sure it is an unlimited license and not a 'Free' one.

Once you have reset it, follow the steps that Magnussoft provide and try again.

Worked for me! However, I am not happy that I had to go to the forums to seek advice on this.
