Dolphin Cache problem

Hi

I changed to a new server and transferred my files and database to the new server.

PROBLEM 1:

Now when I try to visit my site lots of these lines show:

Warning: fopen(/home/******/public_html/cache/user8374.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/******/public_html/inc/profiles.inc.php on line 756

Does anyone know how to fix this?

How do I clear this cache?

PROBLEM 2:

On my cPanel Cron Job screen it says:

/usr/bin/crontab permissions are wrong (6755). Please set to 4755.

Now I am worried my cron jobs will not work. How do I fix this?

Thank you very much

Problem 1:  Permissions problem, you failed to set the permission on a file (it's referred to in line 756 of inc/profiles.inc.php  Just look and it will tell you the file.

Problem 2:  Login as root to your server via FTP and change the permission on usr/bin/crontab by right clicking on it, then click properties and in the box below all the check boxes just type 4755 and that is it.  You'll see 6755 in the box currently.
