The Dolphin built in FTP has never worked correctly. Just upload it using you own FTP software.

mscott is right. The built in FTP in dolphin has always had issues. Don't bother using it. Use a standard FTP client instead.

However, i can tell you what that error means. That error means your host is restricting FTP connections to require encrypted connections. Dolphins built in FTP does not use encryption.

had also tried using ftp, without success.
in which folder dolphin7 -Android and Dolphin7 iOS must be uploaded via standard client!
