Dolphin Install keeps starting over

Hello, I just installed dolphin. have everything set up as directed, changed chmods, and on install page i make it all the way to paths, it says all paths are found, then i click next, and it takes me back to the beginning install screen everytime!!! I can't get past paths! Please help!!!
