if you have so much problems just reinstall dolphin. I think its best because starting a site with buggy setup will effect the site after putting your work and time in it. At least start should be error free.

so much to do....

Site looks to be working fine.  Would like to know more about these database errors and problems "load[ing] videos from my hard drive."

Edit: Of course, I see clicking submit on the join form leads to a nice database error.  You need to enable database debugging (/inc/classes/BxDolDb.php) or check your email for error messages from the site.  How was this site installed?  If it was an automated install, I have to agree with Prashank25.
