I have just installed (upgraded) version 2.1 of your payment subscriptions module and I am now getting:

I un-installed the previous version (2.01) and I did a fresh install.

I am using D7.0.7

stuart, based on your sql error, it appears that something was not completely uinstalled or installed., it says you are missing a column. since the query says to order by column order, and the column order is missing. 

troy should be able to answer this more thoroughly. i will ping him and show this link for this post for you. 

I just replied to your message Stuart.  There are a few changes in the database in the latest version, and I'm not sure what's causing your issue but I'll sort if out for you once I hear back from you.
