Dolphin and maybe Page Access Control?

Trying to test dolphin for my use:

I want 2 membership levels

I want Supermembers to be able to see VIPs

I want VIPs to be able to see Supermembers with Supermember permission or “friend” request initiated by Supermember

I do not want Supermembers to be able to see other Supermembers

Is this possible?... rather is this feasible with out of box Dolphin or serious custom coding required?
