Dolphin installed in a sub folder all emails go to spam

Hi, I've been working on this issue with my host for sometime now, I have a domain

e.g. www.domain.com

and when i send email from that website it works fine, I then have Dolphin installed in a subfolder

www.domain.com/dolphin

any emails sent from Dolphin go to peoples spam, the from address is me@domain.com which is an account created with the host.

My host says everything is setup just fine, and it appears to work on the main domain.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks all

write your emails in your spam email by right? it's just doing the normal area is still a very new area, emails sent by him is more likely to go into the spam & it depends on how many messages you sent .... if you do not want the messages coming from this domain to your spam from your mailbox (yahoo, msn, gmail, Yandex, Baidu ...) where all the service, just says that this message is spam.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to tell me?

Most likely the problem is with your host.

1) Check whether your IP is blacklisted.

2) Check you have Sender Policy Framework Implemented.
