Dolphin lacking two features

I recently did a survey on a successful dating website to find out what attracted them to that website.  Approximately 50 people responded and the overwhelming responses were these:

1.  Quick search on the home page to search for members' genders, ages, countries, states and postcodes.

If they could not find these features on the front page, they simply moved onto a dating website that did; which meant, the websites that did not have these features (Dolphin included) lost valuable revenue to the websites that did.

So, my question is: How can I and others like me, who do want to make cash from their websites, and in turn, purchase Dolphin licenses, modify the quick search function, on the home page to include?

1.  Country;

2.  State;

3.  Postcode; and

4.  Add an additional gender to "I am a" and "Seeking a" (people may find this a little uncomfortable, but transgender people do have a lot of disposable cash)

Again, in the Join page, how do we add an additional gender to "Sex" and "Looking for" options?

I am confident that if Dolphin and Boonex can offer assistance in these simple modifications, they will sell many more licenses.

If anyone can provide a tutorial on how to do these things, I would be greatly appreciated.
