Dolphin links not changing

Recently I transferred my Dolphin installation from one directory to another and everything works fine, however all of the links throughout the pages are still pointing to my old installation directory (/dolphin)?. Any idea on what I should do here so all of the links point to my new install directory?.

If I goto templates/tmpl/uni/_header.html I can see that the that it has things like __TOP_ContactUs__ etc. Where can I find these things so I can edit them to edit my installation directory?.
