hello, I have this problem too. The drag and drop feature is not working on my dolphin. I already contacted my web host and they can't do anything on their side. I think it is a bug. If I use the google chrome web browser the drag and drop feature works normally, but if I use the IE it doesn't work. I think the boonex people should be aware about this problem if it's really a bug they should help us fix it. I think the boonex administrators are working on 7.0.7 and if this is a bug on 7.0.6 then it would be carried out on the new 7.0.7. |
Wally 1955, What browser are you using? It seems like there are a few of us that are having or have had the same problem. I didn't get any help from my hosting provider so I did the next best thing. I contacted Dolphin and the tech told me what to do. This is what he mentioned: "I would suggest you to use another browser - perhaps is a browser issue and also to disable the cache from admin panel > settings > advanced settings > templates > uncheck all cache related boxes > click save." I switched to Firefox as my browser now. I had IE-9. That's when I notice that I couldn't edit my blocks or even move them around. Give it a try. I hope this helps? |
Thanks all. Will try your suggestions. Wally McCallion |

Wow. Google Chrome is normally the browser to avoid using in the admin areas as it normally has issues with a lot of things. Most commonly reported that i have seen is blocks do not hold the positions they are moved to. https://www.deanbassett.com |

Just tried Firefox. Its better for drag and drop. Wally McCallion |
Opera is also not good for Admin Panel. Just as an example, it moves the boxes in "My Account" page.... Regards Sleepless |
