Users with mobile devices do not get this message:
"E-MAIL CONFIRMED Congratulation! Your e-mail address is hereby confirmed. Your profile has been created and will be reviewed. Thank you for your patience." Users with mobile devices only get the login So do not see that your account is verified.
I tested it with tablet and smartphone Computers have no problems Does anyone have an idea? |
I'm getting similar complaints from a person I'm helping. I've been blaming telcos, but maybe this isn't the case. |
Hello Jonnaklasine! Please specify - did there users complete their registration process? Do you see them as "Unconfirmed" in your members list? If yes, then I may suppose that the deal maybe in the spam / junk folder like described here https://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/TutorialTweakingSpamFilters. |

User does not get this notification on mobile devices:

The administration gets too no message that user has confirmed his email address.
I think Dolphin has too many bugs. I'm not used to it from Joomla and Wordpress. |
Hello Jonnaklasine! Sorry, but I couldn't reproduce it - my profile was successfully registered and I could confirm it via email. All operations were made via Mobile on Android OS. |
