E-mail Message subject is "info x fa"

I noticed yesterday that any e-mail sent from the admin to any member or even if a member send a message to someone else, the suject of the message is "info x fa". I have no clue where this can be fixed...Any ideas where I can start looking..Thanks...

first check admin/notifies.php rename to notifies.php~ upload stock and test.  fix? compare.

then

inc/utils.inc.php has all the strip tags and

compose.php

I think its utils since its the main mail and script strip file

lol..incredible,,seems a member send a message with "info x fa" and it was showing that on the subject when I got the cronjob e-mail...Thanks much for your reply...

Now I login to reply to the member and the tinymce doesn't work when I click reply...

Clean my cookies and TinyMCE seems to be working...
