ERROR - ANTISPAM TOOLS

Hello,

I just upgraded to D7.06 and most of the script is working properly, however, I get the following error message when I attempt to access the ANTISPAM TOOLS from my ADMIN PANEL:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getParam() on a non-object in /home/youcompl/public_html/inc/db.inc.php on line 83

Any ideas on a fix?
