Edit Sub Menu under navigation

How do I edit these links?

are those the one that appear when you view a profile?

If so then go to Builders>Navigation Menu.  Scroll to the right until you see the first Pinkish colored headblock that says Profile VIew (next to Poll Unit).  Simply drag the options you don't want from there.
