Edit Template Links

Hello does anyone know which template I would edit to correct the url that the links point to?  I want to edit the GAMES button because it is pointing to the incorrect url: Please see attached screen capture:

It's not in any template. Those buttons are called actions. And are found in the database in the table sys_objects_actions
