Where do I go as a member and as a admin to edit the profile description!!??

The problem was that when I joined I didn't fill in the description and you do that when you join the block wont show

Add the descripttion block (if you haven't done so already), Then go to Account-Profile-Edit and edit or add your description ........................................... |
Did you go to builders>profiles> and make sure that the description box is in every one of the sections:
