Editing Flash "Welcome to community"

Is there a quick & dirty way to change this text to something else?  I saw the posts on how to remove it altogether via CSS, but I'd just like to edit the text.  Thx

Go into admin. Then Settings. Then Languages Settings. Go to the manage keys section.

Type _Welcome_to_the_community into the look for box and click the apply checkbox.

Then edit the key that appears. Change the text to what you want.
