Editing css files just brings up import()

Hello,

I can't edit the css files through the admin interface? Is that normal?

Yes its a normal thing in Dolphin 7, all you can do is edit or customize the CSS through a direct access to the files using any of the editors like Dream weaver that can make your work much easier :)

and yeah you can find the css files for customizing the template look at- templates/base/css...

So the point of that area is to extend and not edit the default css?

You can edit the css files from admin, but doing so would require that you change the mode of the css file to writable. For security reasons it's best not to do that.

Thus, it's just easier to edit the css files locally and transfer them to the server via ftp.
