Email Cron Issue

Where are outgoing emails stored for the cron to fetch?  I have some email message that contains no recipient address so I get a cron error every time the dang thing runs.  I want to clear that email out or at least input something into the recipient address so I don't have this error anymore.  Any advice is appreciated.
